So I believe Wingecarribee SES have merged withi Wollondilly unit...... must be hard times. Also hearing that Wingecarribee SES struggling to maintain Rescue Coverage......... old VRA days seem to be happening again........

Chain of Command should be.......Where a Paid Service is in attendance (permo or retained) they should have control of the incident if there is no rfd/fd boundaries in place. Quite simply they are in a profession and cant simply go home or decline to partake in an incident if they dont want to. They...

For instance fuel run, etc etc hit and go do it, dont have to call up on radio advising going for fuel etc etc.
